We had a wonderful stay at The Harbour Masters House in Banagher, making it a perfect family retreat. The highlight of our visit was enjoying some fantastic fishing on the nearby River Shannon. The kids had a blast reeling in their first catches, and the stunning riverside location added to the excitement. The hosts were incredibly helpful, providing us with all the necessary equipment and sharing their knowledge of the best fishing spots. It was a memorable experience for the whole family, creating unforgettable moments together.
My children wanted more outdoor play options, especially a playground.

Welcoming host, comfy room, canal views. Excellent breakfast and delightful conversation. Views from the rooftop balcony are scenic. They even have storage for your bait and fish!
I guess they assume everyone is a small person with their teeny ensuite. Good luck if you're bigger!
